The Black Women Executive Human Resources LeadHERship Collective Society invites organizations, groups, corporations, and philanthropic partners to invest in leadership, equity, and legacy through our exclusive Executive Investment (sponsorship) Pathways.  As a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Collective is dedicated to empowering, connecting, and sustaining Black women executives and allies who shape strategy, culture, and innovation across industries.


Our Executive Investment (sponsorship) Pathways provide mission-aligned opportunities for partners to engage meaningfully with a nationwide network of C-Suite and Executive leaders, while directly supporting programming that cultivates representation, readiness, and sustainable leadership excellence.  This lays the groundwork for a strategically focused partnership, rather than transactional.  Each pathway represents a distinct dimension of impact, combining visibility, education, and influence to drive measurable change in the executive leadership landscape.


Pathway One: EXCLUSIVE Virtual Signature Executive Panel Discussions & Forums


Elevating dialogue, expanding Influence, and empowering leaders.  Engaging a national audience through a leadership event featuring 5–10 executive panelists, a skilled executive facilitator, and a strategic moderator, engaging a nationwide audience of senior and executive leaders in transformative conversations about leadership, equity, innovation, and impact.


As an executive investor (sponsor), your organization will be recognized throughout the session, including the opportunity to introduce yourself and your brand during the event opening and be featured across all event promotions and post-event communications.  These high-visibility sessions position your organization as a national thought partner and advocate for inclusive excellence, aligning your brand with the voices and vision shaping the future of executive leadership


Pathway Two: EXCLUSIVE Virtual Strategic LeadHERship Table Talks


Support interactive 120-minute executive sessions that convene 30 Executive leaders and allies for peer learning, strategic exchange, and actionable collaboration focused on advancing inclusion, innovation, and organizational excellence.


As an executive investor (sponsor), you’ll be part of the experience, introducing yourself and your brand to an audience of influential executive leaders. These sessions may also be hosted virtually or on-site.  Each Table Talk is designed to foster authentic dialogue, elevate leadership perspectives, and build meaningful connections among decision-makers who are shaping the future of work. Sponsorship ensures your organization is recognized as a catalyst for leadership development, equity, and strategic innovation.


Pathway Three: Certification & Credentialing Support


Empower executives to pursue advanced professional credentials such as Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certifications, Board Governance, Executive Coaching, and other accredited programs that strengthen professional excellence, strategic influence, and leadership readiness.


This pathway helps ensure that Black women executives and allies have equitable access to the certifications and credentials that define credibility and leadership in today’s global marketplace. Executive sponsorship directly supports the infrastructure for certification preparation, continuing education, and recertification, removing barriers that often limit participation in these critical opportunities.


By investing in Certification & Credentialing Support, investors (sponsors) play a transformative role in expanding representation among certified executive leaders, strengthening leadership pipelines, and advancing inclusive excellence across industries.
