“Boardroom LeadHERship Blueprint: Advancing
Women in Governance and Oversight through Executive Oversight”
A strategic conversation on how Black women executives can strengthen board readiness, influence governance outcomes, and advance organizational excellence through executive oversight.

The Strategic LeadHERship Table Talks are dynamic, targeted conversations created to empower, inform, and connect Black women executive leaders and allies through deeper dialogue and peer collaboration.
Each session provides a curated, small-group environment designed for executive-level learning, authentic exchange, and strategic problem-solving. These interactive discussions are not traditional webinars, they are intimate, thought-provoking dialogues that allow participants to reflect, challenge, and co-create ideas that drive measurable leadership outcomes.
The Table Talks are designed to be inclusive and intersectional, open to members, allies, and invited industry partners, fostering a high-trust environment where leadership wisdom is shared, challenged, and elevated.

The Inaugural Conference Experience will celebrate collaborative excellence and collective empowerment, marking a defining moment in advancing representation, strengthening cross-sector alliances, and building the next generation of leaders. It is where empowerment meets execution, where leadership is both celebrated and expanded, and where every participant leaves renewed in purpose, connected in mission, and ready to lead with greater influence, integrity, and intention.
Our programming will culminate in a flagship, full-day event convening Black women executive leaders and allies of kinds from across the nation in Philadelphia, the birthplace of independence, innovation, and leadership.
This historic gathering will empower, elevate, and connect visionary leaders who are shaping the future of work, governance, and organizational excellence. It will bring together those who lead at the highest levels, executives, board members, strategists, policymakers, and changemakers, to explore the evolving landscape of leadership and the expanding influence of Black women across industries and sectors.
Designed as more than a conference, this immersive leadership experience will inspire dialogue, spark innovation, and cultivate partnerships that drive systemic and sustainable change. Through dynamic keynotes, interactive forums, and high-impact networking, attendees will engage in transformative conversations about equity, governance, strategy, and legacy, redefining what inclusive leadership looks like in the modern era.
