The Speaker Engagement Request for Proposal (RFP) will launch on Monday, March 30th and run through Friday, May 1, 2026.

The Black Women Executive Human Resources LeadHERship Collective curates and leads transformative national and regional experiences designed exclusively for executive audiences. Every engagement we deliver is crafted to elevate dialogue, amplify leadership, and ignite meaningful change among those shaping strategy, culture, and innovation at the highest levels of influence.

Our speaking and engagement activities bring together C-Suite executives, senior leaders, and strategic allies who are deeply committed to building a more inclusive, equitable, and forward-thinking future of work. Through keynote presentations, panels, forums, and leadership dialogues, the Collective showcases the lived experiences, strategic insight, and transformative impact of Black women executives, each session designed to inspire action, foster collaboration, and expand influence across industries and generations. 

Our Engagements Include:

• Executive Facilitator, Virtual Executive Signature Panel Discussions & Forums High-impact virtual events convening national audiences for timely, solution-driven conversations on executive leadership, equity, innovation, and sustainable inclusion.  Skilled facilitators who cultivate meaningful, high-level dialogue, creating trusted spaces for authentic exchange, cross-sector insight, and actionable outcomes.

• Strategic Moderator, Virtual Executive Signature Panel Discussions & Forums. Experienced moderators who orchestrate dynamic discussions, present curated executive-level questions, and connect the themes of leadership, equity, and strategic impact into a cohesive, transformative experience.

• Facilitator, Virtual Strategic LeadHERship Table Dynamic facilitators who lead Executive Strategic LeadHERship Table Talks, interactive sessions that encourage deep dialogue, peer learning, and collective problem-solving among top-tier leaders and allies.  There is a possibility for on-site sessions as well, whenever possible.

• Keynote Speakers We curate keynote experiences that align with its vision: advancing leadership that is inclusive, representative, and sustainable.  Whether presented virtually or on-site, our keynotes connect national audiences with inspiring leaders who reflect the Collective’s mission to empower, connect, and sustain Black women executives and allies through integrity, influence, innovation, and impact.  Through powerful storytelling and thought leadership, these speakers illuminate pathways to equity, innovation, and organizational excellence. Their messages resonate deeply with senior leaders, allies, and decision-makers who are driving systemic change across industries and sectors.  Our Keynote Speakers embody the spirit of transformational leadership. Each executive leader brings an authentic voice, lived experience, and strategic perspective that challenges convention and ignites progress.
