The Black Women Executive Human Resources LeadHERship Collective Society invites organizations, groups, corporations, and philanthropic partners to invest in leadership, equity, and legacy through our exclusive Executive Investment (sponsorship) Pathways.  As a national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Collective is dedicated to empowering, connecting, and sustaining Black women executives and allies who shape strategy, culture, and innovation across industries.


Our Executive Investment (sponsorship) Pathways provide mission-aligned opportunities for partners to engage meaningfully with a nationwide network of C-Suite and Executive leaders, while directly supporting programming that cultivates representation, readiness, and sustainable leadership excellence.  This lays the groundwork for a strategically focused partnership, rather than transactional.  Each pathway represents a distinct dimension of impact, combining visibility, education, and influence to drive measurable change in the executive leadership landscape.


Pathway One: EXCLUSIVE Virtual Signature Executive Panel Discussions & Forums


Elevating dialogue, expanding Influence, and empowering leaders.  Engaging a national audience through a leadership event featuring 5–10 executive panelists, a skilled executive facilitator, and a strategic moderator, engaging a nationwide audience of senior and executive leaders in transformative conversations about leadership, equity, innovation, and impact.
