Join the Black Women Executive Human Resources LeadHERship Collective Society in shaping the future of executive leadership. We are a national community of trailblazers, innovators, allies, and changemakers leading at the highest levels of business, academia, government, and the nonprofit sector.
Our mission is to empower, connect, and sustain Black women executives and thought leaders, building inclusive systems that reflect the excellence and influence of all who lead.
As a volunteer, you’ll play an essential role in advancing programs and initiatives that drive measurable, lasting impact. From event coordination, leadership development, and mentorship to community outreach, strategic partnerships, and advocacy, your contributions strengthen a high-trust, high-impact network that delivers more than community, it delivers systemic change.

Post-Event Support
Help capture outcomes and insights following Collective events. Support follow-up communications, post-event surveys, and engagement strategies that strengthen future programming.
Mentorship LeadHERs
Guide and inspire emerging leaders through structured mentorship. Share your expertise, provide encouragement, and foster growth within a community of executives and allies committed to shared success.
Conference Ambassadors
Serve as the welcoming face of the Collective at national and regional events. Assist with guest engagement, logistics, and onsite coordination to ensure an exceptional and inclusive conference experience.
LeadHERship Development Support
Assist in planning and delivering leadership development programs and workshops. Help create transformative experiences that elevate executive readiness, innovation, and inclusive excellence.
Volunteer Executive Career Transition Coaches
Serve as facilitators and guides in this transformative program. Coaches will work directly with participants to help them clarify their goals, strengthen their professional presence, and navigate their next leadership chapter with confidence and purpose.
